Each source has a story
Rainwater, surface water, and groundwater can have different pathways before being analyzed. Temperature, evaporation, mixing with other waters, and time spent in the ground can influence isotopic composition.
Why the source name is not enough
"Spring", "glacier" or "depth" are interesting descriptions, but they do not replace the analysis of a sample. A technically sound statement links the source to a method, a date, and a measurable result.
DDW and water source
A DDW product can start from different sources and can go through an isotopic separation process. For the buyer, it is useful to separate information about origin from information about the final deuterium concentration.
Conclusion
The water source adds context, taste, and traceability. It is not, on its own, evidence of clinical benefits.
